“Narbutas” competent and skilled employees work alongside famous European and Lithuanian designers to help create custom-designed furniture solutions and realize individual or unique requirements of its clients.
Each employee is responsible for the quality of the furniture starting from the research and innovation department to the design/construction division right down to the individual who ticks the final boxes in quality control.

A number of awards received in international exhibitions and competitions demonstrate professionalism of “Narbutas”. The company has received several awards for selling the greatest amount of furniture in Lithuania.
“Narbutas”, strongly believes in regularly invest into the training of employees and improvement of vocational skills. Great attention is devoted to the quality of production and management. In 2006 it integrated and certified a quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and environmental management system ISO14001:2004. The quality of furniture is also testified by international certificates FIRA and TUV.
Seeking to act not only successfully but also responsibly, the company is the first Lithuanian furniture manufacturer to join the World Agreement for Socially Responsible Business (Global Compact).
